Ok, this is just mind blowing, I just ordered my BlueDriver on the weekend, Saturday, when I was finished it hit me, Canada post was going on strike, Im an idiot, now my BlueDriver will be lost in mail limbo for god knows how long, so I sent an email right away to their support sight thinking someone will get back to me on Monday, Nope, Chris got back to me right away and I dont think he was actually working that day but took the time to reply anyway which helped to ease my anxiety, to make a not so long story short I received my BlueDriver today Tuesday and WOW, OMG and all that, The app and chip work flawlessly, plug it in and go a wealth of information on my 2010 Ford ranger, who needs gauges I have it all without wires, its so cool and so is the costumer service! Highly recommended! Thank you so much!

Easy to use, clear. Best reader, 100x better than any OBD2!! Could use some explanations on why some code dont show up on dashboard and only when reading. Could refer to forums and other guides directly online for more info on repairs.

Have used it a multitude of vehicles, both imports and domestic, cars and light duty trucks (tried on brother in-laws heavy duty late model GM diesel was the only thing it couldnt read). Fantastic App, fantastic scan tool!

Although this tool is handy most times;there are times where it can let you down. For example: would not connect to a 2014 Chevy Cruise for a check engine light, will not read ABS codes for a 2003 Lexis, and many others! It would be nice for it to work across the board, and not embarrass me in front of customers. Please fix this, up-date this, do what you have to do! I had to buy an Innova on-line to be compatible with the vehicles that this tool cannot scan.

For the cost of this unit it has paid for itself 10 time over in one week . Not only do I use it as a back yard mechanic but helps when purchasing a used car be it a winterbeatr or kids first car . Helps weed out these low lives who claim there has been no engine lights on but when I hook up my reader not only does it tell me weather or not its had engine light on and tell me what codes and possible solutions it tells shows distance traveled since last code . So I can tell if the lowlife seller of a pos has just cleared the codes prior to showing up to look at it . So no more " oh I didnt know it was going to need $400. Repair just to pass ont emission test

Pulled air filter to recharge a/c in my 2007 Saab, only to wind up with engine misfiring and check engine light steady on. Put the BlueDriver OBD2 on, read and cleared the code, and it purrs again like a kitten. Great device - has easily saved me several times its price in costly and inconvenient visits to the mechanic for diagnostics on issues that are easily remedied.

Works really well. Two minor issues: I would like a more comprehensive user manual - there were a number of things that I had to learn by trial and error. Also, the vehicle identity reports seem to have statute mile service intervals even for my 2010 Ranger which was manufactured in Canada and has a metric owners manual.

Great app and hardware. I had a problem connecting and sent them an email and they responded very quickly and told me how to fix it.

Read and clear codes for everything including ABS. Watch data as you drive, gives you recall info and vehicle TSB. My boss thought his $2500 scan tool was great until I showed him this... then he bought one.

This is a great app. As a inexperienced auto repair DIYer, I have saved hundreds of dollars already with only 2 repairs using this code reader and doing my own repairs. The interface is very clear and easy to understand. The repair advice after receiving a code has been spot on so far.

I have had this for a year now, and used it on three different cars. It helped rapidly and accurately pinpoint various problems. It has paid for itself numerous times.

Especially if it supports enhanced diagnosis for your vehicle, its easy cheaper than competitors traditional scanning tools. Plugged it in and did a full scan and it pulled an airbag fault. Easy to use. Has features of much more expensive scanners.

I bought BlueDriver to reset the engine light. As Steve Job would have said: "it just works". Great product!
